Mindfulness Moment - Take Notice

Mindfulness reminds you to stay present and that although your worries are there they do not need to be dealt with right now, just simply acknowledged and brought back to the moment. You could organise a mindfulness workshop or  meditation session – ask around for anyone qualified to instruct a session or download a 15 minute guided session, then, post a news article to generate interest. You may even want to create your own posters to place around your workplace.
