Every July, The Samaritans across the UK and Ireland run a campaign to talk about the services they offer in their communities.
Talk to Us is one of the ways they raise awareness that they're there – for anyone who needs someone to listen, 24/7, without judgement or pressure.
Whatever you're going through, call us free any time, from any phone, on 116 123.Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus outbreak, they are unable to offer their face to face service.
