The UK's biggest cycling commuting event returns on 4th August 2022! And as it's our tenth year, you can expect the cycle celebrations to be bigger than ever.

Cycle to Work Day is for absolutely everyone. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t cycled in years or have never cycled at all. This is just about giving it a go.

All the cycling action will be happening in our free Love to Ride online community. You can sign up with Facebook, Strava or simply by entering your details, and then connect a smartphone app so you can log their rides. All the info you need to register is on the Love to Ride website. 

For that extra bit of motivation, we’ll also be running a number of prize giveaways for those logging their rides on our Love to Ride community. Want to get involved?

• Sync up – you can connect a smartphone app to your Love to Ride account. Any rides you record on the app will then automatically get sync'd to your Love to Ride profile.
