Managing Personal Stress

This course aims to provide delegates with practical techniques for managing stress, proven coping strategies for reducing anxiety & key skills for thriving under healthy workplace pressure.

By the end of the session, delegates should be able to:

  • Identify what stress is.
  • Describe how stress impacts physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing.
  • Identify what causes stress in self and others inside and outside work.
  • Identify techniques and strategies to help manage or reduce stress.
  • Know where to get support.
