For those of you who have practiced Mindfulness in the past or for those who are not quite sure what Mindfulness is all about: this course is for you. You can reinforce previous learning or explore for the first time the practice of managing stress by focusing in the moment. This online programme will delve further into the history, practices and techniques of Mindfulness; bringing you a deeper sense of calmness and an unjudging acceptance of the present moment.
