- Let’s start 2023 as we mean to go on by getting some Pilates into your routine! Pilates consists of low-impact movements that greatly improve your core strength, muscle control, flexibility, coordination and body tone. Anne is back to take us through our paces with her brilliant Pilates classes where she will be providing a range of different movements to suit the beginner as well as those wanting a challenge.
- Join us every Friday from 3pm to 3:45pm starting on 20th January 2023. Classes will run for 9 weeks up to Friday 31st March 2023 (minus half term week 17th February and St Patricks Day 17th March 2023).
