Age NI: March is Free Wills Month

Ageing Well

Age NI is partnering with solicitors across Northern Ireland to give our supporters the opportunity to have a simple will written or updated for free!

Having an up-to-date will is the best way to ensure your wishes are followed and loved ones are looked after.

How to take part

March is Free Wills Month, and we're delighted to offer individuals aged 55+ a simple will written or updated for free. Appointments must be made between 2-31 March, any outside of this timeframe will not qualify for the offer.

Appointments are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend you book with your chosen solicitor as soon as possible. This offer is for a free basic will, if your will is more complex and requires additional work, this will be at your own expense.

Book an appointment with one of the participating solicitors listed below, quoting the reference ‘Age NI Will Writing Offer.’

Leaving a gift to Age NI

There's no obligation to leave a gift in your will to Age NI, but after you've taken care of your loved ones, we hope you will consider one. Make your legacy a lifeline for someone who’s struggling, and help us continue to provide vital advice, care and friendship to older people in the future.

Book your appointment

Appointments are available from 2-31 March, please phone to book and quote: ‘Age NI Will Writing Offer’.

Request your free will guide

If you'd like help on how to write a will, our free wills and estate planning guide contains step-by-step practical advice and highlights the issues you should think about when making your will. This should make the process of writing or updating your will as simple as possible.
