Crohn's and Colitis UK - Parent-to-Parent Helpline

Do you have a child with Crohn’s or Colitis? Would you like to talk to another parent or carer? 

We understand that life as a parent of a child with Crohn’s or Colitis can be difficult at times. You may be coming to terms with a diagnosis, making decisions on your young child’s behalf, going through the transition process from child to adult services or providing support to your adult child.  

We know that being a parent doesn’t end when your child turns 18, so wherever you are on the journey, our Parent to Parent helpline is here for you, if your child is 25 or under. For those of you with adult children over age 25, our Crohn’s and Colitis Support Helpline is available. 

Our parent volunteers all have a child with Crohn’s or Colitis, and they’re trained to listen and support you.
