RNIB - Sight Loss Advice Service
We can help you deal with the uncertainty of living with sight loss. Our Sight Loss Advice Service is here for you, every step of the way. You're not alone. We understand the emotional impact of sight loss and can help you cope with the changes in your life.
You might find talking to someone outside your circle of family and friends helpful. If you haven't already, you could also consider meeting with one of our hospital-based Eye Care Liaison Officers (ECLOs) or calling us on 0303 123 9999 to speak to one of our experienced Sight Loss Advisers.
Sight Loss Advice Service
Our Sight Loss Advice Service offers a free Mental Wellbeing Check-in over the phone with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)-registered counsellors with sight loss experience, to give you emotional support.
We can also help you to understand your eye condition and treatment, apply for helpful benefits and concessions and much more. You can connect with others with similar experiences through our Living Well with Sight Loss courses or our Talk and Support befriending social groups.
If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, please get in touch with us through our Helpline.
