Step Challenge - Be Active

If you’re interested in an active and fun competition around the office think about organising a step challenge. Post an event with details on what the contest will involve such as, length of the challenge (e.g. 4 weeks), free tracking apps or devices to use and even potential prizes. Throughout the duration of the challenge you could organise activities to help boost you and your colleague’s steps such as a walk in the park, this can be an easy way to get your steps, double up on your champion activities and help you avoid the awkward glances across the park at a fellow challenger.
