We’ll help you work out what a healthy weight is for you using our BMI calculator and help you set a calorie target that’s right for you.

Each week has an information guide with actions, hints and tips for reaching your goal. To keep track of your progress you can input the calories you eat at each meal using our daily diary and enter your weight at the start and end of each week.

We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve real change, picking you up when you stumble and celebrating your successes.
