Come an join up for Pilates Level 2 classses every Thursday at 4pm running from 06 January to 10 February 2021.

Taking it up a notch for those ready to challenge themselves a bit more. A low-impact exercise with slow and precise movements with emphases on using breath control, aiming to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will strengthen and stabilize your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
