  • Download the free Try Dry App to help you keep track of your time off drinking and earn your Sober Spring badge along the way!
  • Opt-in to receive weekly motivational emails by either ticking the 'Emails' box during sign up or by going to your Try Dry 'Settings'.
  • Goal. Select Sober Spring as your goal, by going to 'Goals and badges' at the bottom of the app screen.
