The aim of this seminar is to provide an overview of how to identify stressors, their causes and what individuals can do to cope with stress, particularly during COVID.

The seminar will provide information on the following:-

  • How stress impacts physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing;
  • Mindfulness techniques;
  • Techniques and strategies to help manage or reduce stress;
  • Coping with stress during COVID;
  • Where to get support
