Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility and help promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme

These Tai Chi sessions will take place once a week for 4 weeks.
