Every Wednesday at 4pm join Anne for level 1 Pilates starting on 5th January right up to 9th February 2022

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves are slow and precise with emphases on breath control. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will strengthen and stabilize your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
