Join our own Anne B for Pilates Level 2 every Thursday at 4pm starting on 6th January 2022.

For those of you who have done Pilates before and want to challenge your strength and build up those all important core muscles then ramping up to level 2 is the class for you.

Feel stretched, strong and suble with this fantastic excercise with different for each section given by the instructor so you can always go at your own pace.
