The EA Open Water Swimming Network are delighted to be running our 2nd event this time taking place in Loughmacrory on Saturday 17th September 2022 from 12noon - 3pm.

Mo and Paul from wildswim.ie will be joinging us once more to assist and provide knowledge on everything from acclimatising to cold water, controlling your breathing, treading water, safety, improving your technique and much more.

Please bring hat, goggles and a tow float and come along and discover the joy of swimming outdoors!
