Tai Chi - 4 Week Session

The sessions will run every Thursday for 4 weeks as below:

  • Thursday 29th September 2022 from 4.45pm – 5.30pm
  • Thursday 6th October 2022 from 4.45pm - 5.30pm
  • Thursday 13th October 2022 from 4.45pm - 5.30pm
  • Thursday 20th October 2022 from 4.45pm - 5.30pm

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme. Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In these sessions we will explore Tai Chi by learning a basic Tai Chi form (routine). Ideal for anyone interested in learning more but also suitable for beginners.
