- Let’s start 2023 as we mean to go on by getting some Pilates into your routine! Pilates consists of low-impact movements that greatly improve your core strength, muscle control, flexibility, coordination and body tone. Anne is back to take us through our paces with her brilliant Pilates classes where she will be providing a range of different movements to suit the beginner as well as those wanting a challenge.
- Join us every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm starting on 18th January 2023. Classes will run for 10 weeks up to Wednesday 29th March 2023 (minus half term week 15th February 2023).
