Tai Chi - 4 Week Block

The sessions will run on a Wednesday for 4 weeks as below:

  • Wednesday 1 November 2023 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 8 November 2023 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 15 November 2023 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 29 November 2023 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm

Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In these sessions we will explore Tai Chi by learning a basic Tai Chi form (routine). Ideal for anyone interested in learning more but also suitable for beginners.
