The 5 Ways to Mental Wellbeing

The EA Health & Wellbeing Team in partnership with Jan Montgomery, renowned Psychotherapist have arranged this webinar to help support individual well-being.

During this time of change and challenge looking after our mental health, and the mental health of those around us, has never been more important. During this webinar we will explore and come up with ideas on how best to support ourselves and those around us.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists, the NHS and many other organisations including MIND all agree that incorporating elements of all 5 Ways to Wellbeing in our daily lives will help us feel better both mentally and physically.

The 5 Way to Wellbeing will include:- Connecting with People, Being Active, Learning, Noticing and Giving. Join me to explore different ways to introduce these into your daily life.
