You are invited to join a Wednesday Wellbeing Walk taking place on 7 February 2024 at 12.30pm

Going forward a Wellbeing Walk will take place every Wednesday from the Omagh Office at 12.30pm.

Please encourage colleagues to come along – everyone is welcome.

Where: The walk will be a gentle 30/40 minute walk leaving the Omagh Office, 1 Hospital Road, Oamgh

When: Wednesday 7 February 2024

Time: 12.30pm – 1.00pm

Meet: Walkers will meet in the reception area - Omagh office at 12.30pm

Please remember to wear suitable footwear and clothing.
