Tai Chi - 4 Week Sessions

The sessions will run every Wednesday for 4 weeks via ZOOM as below:

  • Wednesday 21 February 2024 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 28 February 2024 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 6 March 2024 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 13 March 2024 from 5.45pm - 6.30pm

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme. Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In these sessions we will explore Tai Chi by learning a basic Tai Chi form (routine).

Ideal for anyone interested in learning more but also suitable for beginners.
