Our ‘Arthritis and Me’ event for people aged 18-40 is an introduction to self-management for arthritis.

The FREE event will address topics including:

- pain management

- healthy eating & weight management

- staying active, hobbies and social life

- emotional wellbeing

- pacing and distraction techniques
