The Equality and Human Rights Unit's Disability Employment Support Service (DESS) invites you to attend online information sessions during February and March delivered by Employers for Disability NI (EFDNI).

This session will focus on: Reasonable Adjustments 

This session will cover:

• Legal requirements
• Reasonable adjustment examples
• Good practice in managing reasonable adjustments including disability absence
• Case studies

Staff are welcome to join as many or as few sessions for which they are available.
