Pilates: back for the summer term, Tuesday at 6pm (zoom)
Pilates is a great way to strengthen those hard to reach core muscles which in turn strengthens, tones and aligns our body. Pilates is recommended for supporting balance, posture and flexibility. During the class Anne will provide gentle options for beginners and more advanced options for those ready for a bigger challenge.
Sessions will run LIVE on Zoom on every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm during April, May and June 2024 on the following dates:
16th, 23rd, 30th April
7th May (NO CLASS)
14th, 21st, 28th May
4th, 11th, 18th June
