The Money Guiders NI network welcomes Yasmin Johnstone from Northern Ireland Trading Standards Service, to discuss their role in promoting and maintaining fair trading, protect consumers and help reputable businesses to thrive within Northern Ireland.

During this webinar they will look at the different types of specific scams and relevant case studies that staff within Trading Standards have dealt with, and how they affect the lives of the people who fall for them.

Attendees will learn how Trading Standards can offer support ensuring that the most vulnerable in society are protected from the most unscrupulous and fraudulent practices as well as ways to prevent it happening again in the future.
