National Work-Life Week
National Work Life Week 2024 will take place between 7-11 October, 2024. Since 2010, National Work Life Week has been Working Families’ annual campaign to get both employers and employees talking about wellbeing at work and work-life balance. Employers can use the week to provide activities for staff, and to showcase their flexible working policies and practices.
What does flexible working mean to you?
This year’s theme is all about discovering what flexible working means to people from all walks of life and in all sorts of job roles.
We want to communicate the different types of flex available, demonstrating that flexible working is possible no matter what the role involves. We also want to convey what flex means to people in terms of how it impacts their lives. How does it help their wellbeing, their relationships and their ability to care for their loved ones.
Tell us what flexible working means to you either by using our form or on social media using the hashtag #MyFlex.
Join the conversation using #WorkLifeWeek and tweet us @workingfamUK, and don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter to get the latest news.
