A good night’s sleep is essential for your physical and mental wellbeing.
If you are having problems with sleeping (not getting enough sleep/ disrupted sleep/ difficulty getting back to sleep/ early morning waking, then come along to this workshop. Topics covered include:
- The signs and symptoms of sleep deprivation.
- The importance of sleep for higher level brain function and cognitive performance.
- The sleep cycle and information on common sleep disorders.
- How to manage stressful thoughts that may have an impact on your sleep quality.
- Tips on how to create the right routine for a good night’s sleep.
