New Year Term 2 Pilates - 10 Week Course

New Year Term 2 Pilates: Tuesday's 6.00pm – 7.00pm from Tuesday 13th January to Tuesday 31st March 2026

Start the New Year with Anne from 360 Active Fitness for the Term 2 online Pilates classes which will take place every Tuesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. The classes are suitable for all abilities with gentle options for beginners and more advanced options for those ready for a bigger challenge

Pilates is a great way to strengthen those hard-to-reach core muscles which in turn strengthens, tones and aligns our body. Pilates is recommended for supporting balance, posture and flexibility.

The Term 2 Pilates classes will run for 10 weeks starting on Tuesday 13th January 2026 until Tuesday 31st March 2026

Sessions will run LIVE on Zoom on every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm
