behalf of the PHA for those identified as a "Close Contact"

Other Key points to support the PHA Contact Tracing Team: 

• you should not book a test because of rumours of infection in places you have visited or in your family contact time
• you should not say you have symptoms in order to get a test slot (thereby removing an appointment from those who have symptoms)
• the phone app will only work by texting you as a close contact if you have actually downloaded the app
• if you test negative you still have to self-isolate for the recommended period of self-isolation, you are not advised to circulate during this time.
