This calendar of key equality dates has been produced by the Equality & Diversity unit.

The purpose of the calendar is:

• To let staff know about upcoming dates in advance.
• It seeks to support staff to plan their work around the key dates and
• Aims to reduce the number of emails staff receive.

The LGBT+ Friends Staff Network and the Disability Staff Network supports the unit in recognising these key dates.

Through information and events (virtual or physical) the Equality & Diversity Unit aim to raise awareness, involve and support staff across the organisation to make EA a great place to work.
