6 week course begins Tuesday 20th April 2021: 4pm to 4.45pm

Set aside this time just for you every week.  Learn the theory and practice of Mindfulness.

Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and irritability whilst improving concentration and memory. What a great way to learn to be happier, healthier and more accepting of the present moment as it is!
