Pilates Level 1 every Wednesday at 4.00pm for an hour starting on 10th November and running to 15th December 2021
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves are slow and precise with emphasises on breath control. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will strengthen and stabilize your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
