LINK Disability & Carers Staff Network Coffee Morning
DisabilityLINK is an EA Network for all staff and provides a forum for disabled staff and for staff who have caring responsibilities to come together and support each other. The Network is also in place to enable EA to identify how we can support you.
LINK is currently developing proposals on ways we can improve the Network.
The Chair of LINK, Glenda Hall, together with the Equality & Human Rights Unit, invites all interested EA Staff to an interactive coffee morning, hosted across several EA Corporate office locations.
Join us on Thursday 21 March 2024, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at your chosen venue.

This will be a very informal opportunity to meet, connect, or reconnect with colleagues. Everyone is welcome – we would love to see you there!

We would strongly encourage colleagues to join us in-person, however if this is not possible you can join us remotely.
For colleagues based in schools, we understand it may be difficult to attend this event in-person or online. We are therefore recording the session’s presentations, and it will be available for you to watch at your convenience. There is an option on the registration form to indicate that you would like to receive a recording of the presentations! They will also be made available via EA comms afterwards.
Remember that participation in Staff Networks is permitted by the Education Authority as part of your working duties, and does not need to be taken in lieu of lunchbreaks, etc.
We’ll provide the tea, coffee, milk and sugar – in terms of the tasty snacks, it’s ‘BYOB’ - Bring Your Own Buns and Biscuits! Please avoid nut-based options for allergy reasons.
