Why not register as a workplace team? Lots of prizes to be won
Cycling Programme at CS Lewis Square
Throughout the summer we have had Back on your Bike Training for Adults, Dr Bike sessions, Led Rides and Ditch the Stabilisers training for children. It has also been good to see local employees trial our e-bikes for journeys to work and in leisure time. Please do get in touch if you would like to trial an e-bike for a week.
September Programme
On Thursday 2nd September we have a led ride from the hub at CS Lewis Square to Victoria Park, along the Connswater Community Greenway. To help get you started, you can use this journey to log in the Active Travel Challenge. To book: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/myevent?eid=168450585235
This is a short, leisurely cycle and for anyone who is just getting back to cycling and would like to join others in a similar situation, to explore one of our local greenways.
At the moment we are programming for the autumn and will have a suite of activities for workplaces to engage in, including 6 week programmes with on-cycle training, led rides, bike fix basics and tips for commuting, to half day cycle training sessions to encourage adults to regain confidence cycling.
If you think a group from your workplace would be interested in participating in some of our training sessions, please do get in touch with suggestions.
In the meantime why not take a couple of minutes to register for the Active Travel Challenge https://atc.getmeactive.org.uk/users/register
