Wellhub is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below.

 

Third Party Providers/Partners: 

We work closely with various third party providers such as the health professionals, charities, and government organisations to provide our services. This is necessary to ensure that we have a range of quality and reliable content and services designed to meet the needs of our Service Users.

We will share your Personal Data, such as name and e-mail, provided by you in a contact form to a third party service provider.  A third party provider may use details provided by you in a contact form to respond to your request.  In some cases, they will be acting as a data controller of your information and therefore we advise you to read their Privacy Policy.

 

If you log in using your company generic password

  • We will generate usage reports containing general website traffic information (using google analytics reports). This information will be shared with the site administrators within your organisation. This data is anonymised. No individual user will be identifiable from these reports.
  • If you registered your interest for a news article / signed up for, or wish to book an event / volunteering opportunity.
  • Information provided when you register will be shared with the author of the news item / organiser of the event / volunteering opportunity to help them respond to your registration. You can withdraw your interest by contacting the author of the news item / organiser of the event.

 

If you log in as a Wellbeing Champion

We will use your account information and site activity to generate the following reports,

  • Event reports - which will include the following: event name, event author, event date, number of registrants.
  • News reports - which will include the following: news item name, news author, post date, number of registered interests.
  • Wellbeing Champion activity reports - which will include the following: name, email address, registration date, training date, number of news items, number of event postings, number of registered interests/ sign ups, next planned activity and date.

This information will be shared with the site administrators and senior management within your organisation. 

 

How long do we keep your information for?

We will only keep your information for as long as we need to or for as long as we are legally required to. We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

 

How you can access and update your information?

The accuracy of your information is important to us. If any of your information that we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please notify us. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information that wellhub hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request and we have 30 calendar days to comply with such a request. There is no charge.

 

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information: When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any confidential and sensitive information is securely filed and we apply software to our ICT to prevent unauthorised access to your information. We have appropriate procedures in place for data security and management of records. All of our staff are trained in data protection and GDPR. We also monitor compliance with data protection procedures through our internal audit programme.

 

The right to have any personal data about you deleted
