Anna Phipps
My name is Anna Phipps and I work as an Organisational Development and Learning Advisor in Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) within the HR and Legal Services Directorate. I have worked in EA since 2013 and before that I had a whole different career working in TV production.
Outside of work I am an active member of 2 amateur drama groups for which I both act and direct. I also perform improvisation which is scary but great fun! I love long hikes, baking huge cakes (only a 3 tier will do), and have also started doing yoga. During lockdown I also began doing PE with Joe Wicks – I have discovered I love HIIT! Having gone sea kayaking while on holiday in New Zealand, my husband and I also want to start canoeing here in Northern Ireland.
I volunteered to become a Health and Wellbeing Champion because of how important it is to look after both your mental and physical health, and have a healthy work life balance – this is a wonderful opportunity to be an advocate for this.
