Colin Hassard

My name is Colin Hassard and I am the Communications Manager for Education Information Solutions (EdIS).

Outside of work I am heavily involved in the creative sector and have a part-time job with the Duncairn Arts Centre, Belfast. In 2020, I was the Duncairn’s first Writer-in-Residence and am now working as part of their Production Team, primarily on a documentary series focused on young musicians and artists from across Ireland.

Over the years I have also been involved in various charity and fund-raising campaigns, as well as using music and creative writing to raise awareness of initiatives that I am passionate about such as equality and human rights.

I signed up to become a Health and Wellbeing Champion, and also joined the EA Charity Subcommittee, to help make a positive change as well as to develop friendships with like-minded colleagues.
