Job: I’ve been a post-primary teacher for 18 years and currently work as a Senior Teacher at Coleraine Grammar School. 

Location: Coleraine

Interests and hobbies: Expanding my horizons, stretching and challenging myself and experiencing new scenes helps my well-being and for that reason I love travelling. As an English teacher, it’s probably not a huge surprise that reading for pleasure is also something that I enjoy. Hiking with my dogs is something that has great health and well-being benefits that I like to spend my time doing.  

Why I wished to get involved as a champion: Promoting staff and pupil well-being in school is an area that I am involved in leading and I think it’s really important, now more so than ever. I hope I can help and also learn from being involved with the EA champions.
