Margaret McClean

My name is Margaret McClean and I am an Area Youth Worker with North Belfast Area Project. A job which I love and have been doing for over 20 years. I am also a mother of 3 and granny to 2 wonderful boys.

Outside of work I volunteer with the Lullaby Trust as a befriender for parent who have suffered a loss of a child.

I hope that by becoming a Wellbeing Champion I can learn new ways that will encourage my colleagues to look after their physical, mental, and emotional health as much as they help the young people they work with. I also hope that in becoming a champion that I can help spread the importance of wellbeing throughout EA and in particular Youth Service
