Scott Graham

Hi, I’m Scott and I’m currently acting up as the Area Catering Supervisor for West Belfast

Having worked in Northern Ireland and in South Africa I’ve gained lots of experience at running Restaurants and Hotel Kitchens at a Head/Executive Chef level.

I’ve witnessed first-hand the effects of stress/alcohol/drugs abuse in the workplace and wish to learn more to help others in the modern-day stressful environment of a busy and often undermanned kitchen. I hope to further my knowledge with the network to better help others. It’s my ambition to be better able to see the indicators of problems that may be ahead and learn to help with them before they progress into a serious development.

I look forward to making a real difference to those I know within my network of kitchens. I am also a GMB Rep and taking advantage of all the training they are giving in the field of Mental Health & Stress in the Workplace.
