Managing Stress Building Resilience - 12th, 14th October

The aim of this seminar is to help individuals manage personal stress and improve personal resilience by exploring patterns of thinking, default behaviours, and emotional reactions. The session also aims to inform delegates of practical techniques and tools that will help build resilience and challenge unhealthy thinking.

The seminar will provide information on the following:-

  • What is resilience and why it is important;
  • Managing stress levels;
  • Building and improving resilience;
  • Healthy thinking patterns, flexible thinking;
  • Self-efficacy and problem-solving skills;
  • Management of emotions and mood for resilience;
  • Development of physical health for resilience;
  • Practical tools and techniques.
