Yoga: for Positive Mental Health

As a follow up to Yoga: Destress and Unwind [6.15pm on Thursday 9th June 2022], Gary is also doing a Yoga session to promote fostering a positive approach to keep you in a good head space. Yoga for Positive Mental Health is for everyone; whether you are a seasoned Yogie, know a few moves or have never tried Yoga before. Hopefully this class will get you into a positive frame of mind to end the term and you get some helpful hints to practice over the holiday period.
