Developing Personal Resilience

During the duration of the course, the facilitator will:
- Explore what resilience is and why it is essential.
- Aid delegates in identifying areas of resilience they can build and improve.
- Promote the development of healthy thinking patterns.
- Promote the development of flexible thinking.
- Promote the development of self-efficacy and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage the management of emotions and mood for resilience.
- Promote the development of physical health for resilience.
- Explore how delegates can use practical tools and techniques that can be applied to improve their resilience.
