Developing Personal Resilience

Tuesday 7th February – 9.30am – 11.00am

This course aims to help individuals improve personal resilience by exploring patterns of thinking, default behaviours, and emotional reactions and offering practical techniques and challenge unhealthy thinking.

During the duration of the course, the facilitator will:

  • Explore what resilience is and why it is essential.
  • Aid delegates in identifying areas of resilience they can build and improve.
  • Promote the development of healthy thinking patterns.
  • Promote the development of flexible thinking.
  • Promote the development of self-efficacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Encourage the management of emotions and mood for resilience.
  • Promote the development of physical health for resilience.
  • Explore how delegates can use practical tools and techniques that can be applied to improve their resilience.
