Inspire Workplaces will deliver an interactive session to EA staff the aim of which is to explore the importance of building rapport, connecting with others and having challenging conversations, particularly in a remote environment.By the end of the course learners will: • Understand how to build rapport in a remote environment• Explore ways of developing flexibility of perception and behaviour• Be aware of how to recognise stress in staff and self• Be aware of strategies for improving emotional wellbeing and managing stress• Explore how to deal with difficult conversations• Explore perceptual positions; keys to understanding and influencing others• Explore negotiation and mediation strategies

This session will be delivered by Leanne McCafferty on behalf of Inspire Workplaces and will last for 1 hour.
