Chair Yoga for Desk Workers

In these short, informal sessions, we want to highlight the many benefits of taking time out - at our desk, or away from the desk - to move more during the working day.

Chair based yoga & movement can help:

- Improve cognitive function through better work/movement balance

- Promote better posture & reduce low back pain

- Can increase feelings of emotional wellbeing

- Promote better quality sleep

The sessions are designed to give each participant a ‘toolbox’ of moves to take away and use during each and every working day, reducing the stigma, and normalising taking time during the working day to move/stretch/breathe/walk etc.

Put simply - taking regular breaks to breathe deeply, stretch, move & smile will go a long way to helping your mind & body feel awesome at work. Enjoy! :)
