Yoga for positive mental health

Sessions are designed for all levels and abilities and will:
- Provide an all ability session for colleagues, where they can take time out to focus on themselves, while feeling connected, virtually through physical activity
- Combine foundational yoga postures, with calming breathing techniques that help reduce stress & anxiety & help promote positive mental health.
- Give confidence to those hoping to give yoga a try, but are a bit unsure or overwhelmed with where to start
- Decrease stress and increase mental well being within the workplace
- Improve workforce camaraderie and sense of community
- Increase postural awareness, strength and mobility
- Build resistance to physical and mental fatigue
- Highlight importance of “Taking 5” to improve productivity through better work rest balance
