Yoga for positive mental health

Sessions are designed for all levels and abilities and will:

  • Provide an all ability session for colleagues, where they can take time out to focus on themselves, while feeling connected, virtually through physical activity
  • Combine foundational yoga postures, with calming breathing techniques that help reduce stress & anxiety & help promote positive mental health.
  • Give confidence to those hoping to give yoga a try, but are a bit unsure or overwhelmed with where to start
  • Decrease stress and increase mental well being within the workplace
  • Improve workforce camaraderie and sense of community
  • Increase postural awareness, strength and mobility
  • Build resistance to physical and mental fatigue
  • Highlight importance of “Taking 5” to improve productivity through better work rest balance
