Walk & Talk Event - 10 October - Armagh

To celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10th October the EA Health and Wellbeing team invite you to take part in our inaugural Walk and Talk event.

If you would like to connect with friends or meet up with colleagues or meet new friends then why not come along - we are looking forward to meeting you.

Where:  The walk will be a gentle walk around the Mall in Armagh approx 30/40 minutes

When:  Tuesday 10 October 2023 

Time:  1.00pm - 2.00pm

Meet:  Walkers will meet outside the EA Armagh office at 1.00pm

Please remember to wear suitable footwear and clothing.
